This is the hot cousin to Lil-Bit-O-Sol. Made with a little over 3 lbs of yellow reaper stuffed in a jar with onion, garlic and black cardamom then fermented for 30 days. Then it was blended with fresh garlic (cooked in rice wine), crushed pineapple, white grape juice, lime juice, rice vinegar and spices. Blended it all up with some red super hots for color and spite.  36 bottles in this batch
 
It turned out with great flavor. The black cardamom added some smokey undertones and grape juice sweetness balanced nicely with the tang of the rice vinegar. It is hot but not as hot as I expected. Very tasty on mexican and fish.
