Lil-Bit-O-Sol was an instant favorite when it was created in 2020. Everyone who got a bottle coveted it and the 24 bottles I made in 2021 were gone within a week. This batch is a 30 day ferment of Datil, Aji Lemon, tangerine, turmeric, onion, golden beet, garlic, ginger and green cardamom pods. The ferment was then cooked with most of the brine, golden raisins, crushed pineapple and thinned with pineapple juice before being hit with the stick blender then thrown in the Oster Beehive on high for 5 minutes. Some fresh red peppers (Mad Hatter, Ralph Thompson Squash and a single MA Wartryl) were added last minute creating the little red specks in the mix. It is tangy, savory and a little funky with just the right amount of heat.  56 bottles. 3.8 ph
